Ingredients:
2 cups blanched almond flour
½ cup flaxseed meal
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (optional)
½ cup raw coconut palm sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup (or more) chocolate chunks

Ingredients:
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
⅓ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
3 eggs, whisked
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
⅛ teaspoon powdered ginger
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt

large handful of dairy-free chocolate chips
1-2 tbs. unsweetened non-dairy milk
