  • 2 cups kale finely chopped
  • 1 cup Jasmine rice, cooked

  • 2 t Primal Palate Super Gyro Seasoning
  • 1 T Ghee (Clarified butter)
  • 4 T Coconut milk
  • 2 t garlic
  • 1/4 Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 t nutritional yeast
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 3/4 cup white mushrooms
  • 4 pieces prosciutto
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Ingredients For The Burger: 

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 T homemade ranch seasoning (see below)
  • 1 T Chipotle-Lime Mayo OR 1 egg, whisked for binding
  • 1 T avocado oil

Ingredients For The Ranch Seasoning:  

  • 1 T dried minced onion
  • 2 t dried parsley
  • 2 t dried chives
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 t dried dill
  • 1 t sea salt
  • 1/2 t mustard powder
  • 1/2 t ground black pepper

  • 2 large white or orange sweet potatoes, peeled

  • 3 T coconut oil, melted
  • 1 t vanilla, optional
  • sea salt to garnish (optional)

Fudge Ingredients:  

  • 1 1/2 cups cashew butter (for AIP use coconut butter)
  • 6 T coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
