  • 1/3 nut butter (your choice:  sub coconut butter for nut free)
  • 1/3 cup almond meal (coconut flour for nut free)
  • 1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
  • Optional toppings:  chocolate chips, coconut, nuts, raisins spices

  • 1 cup coconut concentrate, warmed
  • 1/2 cup honey, warmed
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, warmed
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 cups cassava flour
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 T coconut sugar

For The Filling 

  • 3 cups frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 t sea salt
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t vanilla powder

  • 2 t baking soda
  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 2 T cinnamon
  • 2 t coconut palm sugar
